Our Team Philosophy

Each team member, whether caregiver, teacher, aide, custodian, cook, substitute, driver, or director, is just as important as the next. Each has a role to play in the whole, just as each part of the body performs a role in the full function of the body.

We make a commitment to care for each staff member. Staff at our center is family; and, we are partners together in providing quality early childhood education and care.

We understand that qualified and dedicated teaching staff is the key to child success. Each staff member is hired to meet or exceed the qualifications for the position and in keeping with our Christian faith and character. Ongoing in‐service training is provided covering a variety of specific topics, including: child development; health, safety and nutrition; curriculum; professionalism; special needs; and community.

Are you a Christian? Do you want to be a positive influence in the lives of children and their families? Do you like to have fun and laugh easily? Do you meet challenges with a positive attitude?

Did you answer "Yes" to these questions? We want to talk to you!! You may be just the person to share the Love of Jesus with children and their families. We are looking for Christian role models who exhibit the fruits of the Spirit as listed in Galatians 5:22.

Please contact us for possible available positions. We would love to hear from you!
